Booking guidelines

To secure your booking with CCG, a deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than two weeks prior to the event date. This policy ensures we can provide the quality and service you expect.

Cancellations and refunds

Please note that refunds are not provided for cancellations made within two weeks of the event date. Deposits are non-refundable.
